Throughout the world this year of 2011, there was a tremendous amount of turmoil and significant events that we have all watched and debated over.  To watch these significant events, The Today Show has put together a compilation of them all from the celebrity gossip to the tragic.   As I watch it, memories are refreshed and I look at where was I during these significant events and it is hard to believe all this happened in one years time. My ideas today are not to look behind and reminisce, however it is important to always remember. My ideas are to look forward, not to set new years resolutions, but to work on my strategic plan. I know at this same time next year I will be looking back at the year in review on The Today Show for 2012 and hopefully will be in the same spirits. 

I have also just finished the second year of owning this Insurance Agency. Business has grown and I can only continue to keep helping my customers to the best of my ability. It sometimes seems that I care about a clients business as much as they do and want to make sure that they are protected properly. If a business owner does not want to insure his business well, I do not want him as a customer. 

For the year ahead, I can only see better service through hiring a new service representative and an advanced marketing commitment to gain new business and grow my business with my current customers.  Through my relationships with other service providers, I believe that we have put together the ‘A’ team to help any individual and business with all of their insurance, financial and marketing needs.  There are new things on the horizon and I can only thank those that have supported me. I will pay it forward and I will continue to be dedicated to making sure that my value added proposition helps those who need it.
